For over 30 years, Russ Kauk, the owner of The Brush Geek, honed his skills working as an analyst and software developer in the corporate world. His experiences covered everything from designing and writing software to installing, training and working with customers in troubleshooting and support.

In forming The Brush Geek, Russ turned his experience toward the world of computer and network troubleshooting. The Brush Geek has served customers in the Morgan, Logan, and Washington tri-county area since January 2012.

Over the past several years, Russ has increasingly focused his attention on information security and utilizing his years of experience and analytical skills to help small businesses install secure data networks to protect their most valuable asset – the information they manage.

Russ is a sponsor and technology mentor for the Mecha-Maniacs high school robotics club.
